last・final・end はどれも「最後」に関係しますが、品詞と注目する点が違います。
last：順番の最後、または現在に最も近い前回のもの
final：一連の流れの最終で、その後に続かない・変更しないもの
end：時間・物・活動などが終わる点や最後の部分
列の最後なら the last person、確定した決定なら the final decision、月末なら the end of the month です。

last は、人や物が順番のいちばん後ろにあることを表します。名詞の前にも、be動詞の後ろにも置けます。
She was the last person to leave the office.
彼女は最後にオフィスを出た人でした。

My name is last on the list.
私の名前はリストの最後にあります。
the last train はその日の運行順で最後の電車です。後に続くものがない点では final と重なりますが、日常の順番には last がよく使われます。
lastが「前回の・この前の」を表す場合
last には「現在から見て最も近い過去の」という意味もあります。この用法は final にはありません。

the last meeting は文脈によって「前回の会議」と「最後の会議」の両方になり得ます。誤解を避けるなら、最終回には final meeting、前回には previous meeting も使えます。
finalの意味と使い方
final は、一連の段階の最後であり、その後に続く段階がないことを明確にします。決定・承認・版などが確定している場面でも使います。
The final interview will be held on Friday.
最終面接は金曜日に行われます。

final decision、final approval、final version は「これ以上の変更や段階が予定されていない」ことを強調します。
名詞finalの使い方
名詞の final は、競技の決勝戦や、学校の期末試験を表します。
Our team reached the final.

endの意味と使い方
名詞の end は、時間・物・活動・話などが止まる点や最後の部分を表します。基本形は the end of + 名詞 です。
The payment is due at the end of the month.
支払い期限は月末です。
There is a summary at the end of the report.
報告書の最後に要約があります。
The meeting came to an end at noon.
会議は正午に終了しました。
at the end of は「〜の終わりに」、come to an end は「終わる」です。動詞の end は「〜を終える／終わる」を表します。
The chair ended the meeting early.
議長は会議を早めに終えました。
The contract ends in December.
契約は12月に終了します。
last day・final day・end of the dayの違い
the last day of the sale：セール期間の順番で最後の日
the final day of the conference：会議日程の締めくくりとなる最終日
at the end of the day：その日の終わりに
last day と final day は重なる場面があります。final は「一連の予定を締めくくる」という響きが強く、end は日そのものではなく終わる時点を示します。
