【英語】rot / decay（腐る・劣化する）の意味の違いと使い分け

rot と decay はどちらも「腐敗・劣化」を表しますが、使える範囲が違います。rot は有機物の腐る現象、decay は物質・制度・都市など広い対象の劣化に使えます。
